Default Lowering Springs

I just wanted to get some opinions regarding springs in addition to some searching I have been doing on the site.

I would like to know what springs you are using. I plan to lower the car just a bit now that I will be running on aftermarket 17"s.

1. Brand
2. Ride and Handling quality compared to OEM
3. ~price
4. where to buy

Thanks in advance fellas!!

I never thought I would see this day!!! Amul is doing some mods!!!

Here is what I have:
1. Espelir super downs
2. it's good I like it (I know that didn't help)
3. They are priced fare (I got mine in a group buy a while back)
4. For the best price send a PM to these two sponsors and go with the better price (if you decide to buy them)
Option number 1 (I bought mine from this guy)
or option number 2

I am 100% happy with the drop and it makes the car look that much better Let me know if you have any other questions and I will try to help out.

Yes....cut springs are a BIG no-no for a performance car like the S2000. Heating springs, cutting coils, and other cheap methods of sagging springs should be reserved for your 80's Oldsmobile.

Please don't offer bad advice that could put someone's car and personal safety into question if they take your advice.

im using a coilover from ground control with stock shocks. i have the higher spring rates compared to stock and stiffer springs in front like AP2 set-up.

Are their any springs that will increase handling performance or is it simply just ride comfort and looks?

I would advise against installing aftermarket springs on your factory shocks. If I ever lower my car it will probably be with Swift springs and Koni shocks.
