The lip would look better on a pre-04 front end, I think.

That is assuming the Hood is even authentic. You can get a Mugen hood knockoff for around $400 now. Take the knockoff hood, paint it like the car in the pic and no one would be the wiser.

There's very easy ways to tell the Seibon from the Mugen. There are distinct differences aside from weave pattern...
Look at the fitment, then look at the gaps from hood to fenders, and look at the last slat of the last vent (furthest away from the front of the car). If you have the two hoods to look at next to each other, you'll see what I'm talking about. In fact, you may see this at Johnny's BBQ.

With what's been said previous and upon further review, that may not be authentic. The gaps look large from where the hood meets the fenders, and the almost obvious picture from the gallery:
