good honda service in chicagoland area?
I need to bring my car in.. all of a sudden the vtec stopped working.. may get the 1-2 grind done also. Does anyone know of the better servicing dealerships in the chicagoland area that they would recommend i go to? Any input would be useful

Motorwerks Honda.....talk to Ed Wong or Elliot Faulkner.
Tell him that I sent you!
Ed Wong knows me by name, Elliot knows me by car (explain to him the black S2K with the Mugen hood).
Motorwerks will treat you like a king, even if you drive in there with a 1988 hoopty Honda Accord with rust all over it and no paint on it.
Two service places to stay away from are: Scumburg Honda, Crystal Lake Honda, and McGrath Honda!!! Sorry, that's three places. If you must get your car worked on at Schaumburg Honda, make sure only Chris Pumbus works on your car...he seems to be the most knowledgeable about S2000's there.
If you're in the market for BUYING a Honda from a Honda dealership, Craig Hedeman is a great salesperson at Scumburg Honda, as is Jason and Patrick at Crystal Lake Honda. DO NOT deal with Nathan at Crystal Lake Honda...he is the sales manager but is a real bastard!
If you go to McGrath on route 19, talk to Kelan and stay away from a guy named German (they call him Jerry).
