Get together planned for Chicagoland owners! Thursday 7/24
This was all worked out in another thread, but it looks like it was overlooked by most, so here are the details for the meet.
Wantone posted about free Ice Cream on Thursday so we decided to meet up at Streets of Woodfield THIS Thursday to get some ice cream. We will then do some driving (I am working on actually writing up a route this time so we don't lose everyone, but I can't promise that it will be completely done in time.) Then end up at Hooters for some wings.
The Ice Cream deal is from 5:00-8:00 so we need to get there earlier than in the past. I won't be able to get there before 6:30 or so, so please wait for me. If it's not raining, I WILL be there. I figure we will start the drive around 7:00 or so. Not sure what time we will end up at Hooters.

We are not sure where in SOW Cold Stone Creamery is located, but we will try to park somewhere near it.

Ice Cream
Drive
Hooters

ill probably make it at SOW around 6 or so.......what sucks is i might not be able to go 2 hooters cuz i gotta b back in the city by 9 or so......but ill still grab some ice cream with u guys then SPEEDDD around like last time..........that was fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice, i'll be there too, im gonna try to make it around 6:15 maybe earlier. I say we designate a spot to meet up. I'll roll by there tonite and try to locate the ice cream deal.

I posted a link to this on the main forum too. Hopefully it will garner some more attention. I am also going to drag my friend with the 'vette out. He needs to come and play.

I wish. No, it's a 50th anni 'vertable. At least it's a six-speed. It's ONLY 350 HP, not 405.
He won't be able to make the drive, but MIGHT meet us at hooters after.
