!FWT etiquette for non-registered people!
**This will be just a friendly reminder that non-registered S2000 owners are NOT welcomed to this event.**
Sorry to mention this, however, we are keeping drive groups to registered participants only. Non-registered participants are not invited into individual drive groups for limitng liability purposes.
In general, non-registered people who do show will be asked to remove themselves from our drive activities. In all kindness, I will ask those of you that have not registered to respect those that have organized this event and all those that have registered for this event in proper fashion to either wait for the possibility of an opening registration spot or a drive group, and/or wait for the next UMW event.
For those of you that have registered and will participate, once you receive information about hotel location and drive route information, we emplore you to not share this with anyone....even if the person is registered. Please just have the people refer back to either Lee (S2000GT) or to me (Luder94). In all the information you [the registered participants] will receive, there will be included personal contact information of the organizers, the drive leaders, and local emergency numbers.
**Again, non-registered UMW members are kindly NOT invited.
**Deciding to try and participate along side those that have registered properly will affect your chances of participation to any future event that the organizers of this event will be planning. This will include track events, auto-x events, sponsored lunches/dinners, and any BBQ's held on private property**
