2 questions - 1) do any of you c'ville area guys want to meet up and grab starbucks prior to the run to s'burg, and 2) do you guys use FRS radios or anything, just in case someone sees some po-po and wants to let everyone else know?

 

I am definitely driving up tomorrow. Weather looks clear!

i've returned pm's to a few of you; to any other interested parties - i plan to hit the starbucks on randall rd just north of algonquin (near the lake in the hills theater) at about 915, which i expect will leave sufficient time to get a latte and be in s'burg by 10a

Hooter's S'burg

if'n you're coming from the r'ford direction, take i-90 e to i290/355 s to higgins exit immediately after merging onto 290/355). the exit will put you on a frontage that leads to higgins. at your first chance, take a left off the frontage, go under 290, and another left onto the frontage that runs along the other side of 290. stay on that frontage road until golf rd. left at golf and go west about a mile or so. hooters will be on your right, and is a not terribly visible from golf outbuilding of woodfield mall. According to the map, they're on "Access Rd", which looks like it'll be the 3rd light you'll hit after going under 290 on golf.
