I know the front upper stb bar is only a bling mod...but does cusco x-brace and chassis reinforcement bar really help?

Yes, but you need both to feel a notable difference.

In my experience, the x-brace helps, with or without any other add-ons. If you must get one "brace" only, get an X-brace.
