Detroit Area Woodward Dream Pre-Cruise

FWIW, suterusu's sweet race-prepped ride was clearly the celebrity of the meet (see thread here: https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=411255)
It's in the foreground of the second pic above and currently on the front page of s2ki.com.

Clearly we have the basis for a really good core of 'S' drivers for future events. Strong technical capability combined with true S2000 enthusiasm. There should be fun times ahead. Thanks Kamron from Alan and Chris.

Just returned home about an hour ago, and had a Blast in Detroit this weekend.
Thanks to everyone for making my Weekend a Blast.
I'll post some pics later
Thanks again: Fred

Guys,
It was really cool meeting up with all of you. As per our discussion at the bar, it would be REALLY great to see more S2k's at the open track days with me....I'm usually the only one amongs tons of Evo's
The next open track day I'll be attending is Sunday Sept 10th at Waterford Hills Raceway.
The link to Waterford's website: http://www.waterfordhills.com/index.htm
Look under information > Race Schedule > Special Events > Open Track Days
The cost is $100 and must be submitted by 6 Sept: http://www.waterfordhills.com/forms/otd06reg.pdf
This is a fun, safe, way to enjoy your car and get some great track time. Hope to see you guys there. Let me know any questions.
Regards,
Christopher

hey guys, just wanted to drop a line to say thanks for setting up the meet and cruise. it's always great to meet other enthusiasts. sorry I couldn't come along for the bar activity afterward, but the group I was staying with for the weekend was moving on so I had to go with.
For anyone who was curious, the carbon fiber parts I had on my car are sold by S2X in the groupbuy forum. Here's the link for the wing (other parts he sells are all linked in is signature): https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...T&f=5&t=319624
hope to see you all again sometime (wish I could talk myself in to the 5 hour drive to waterford!)

Chris - I'd love to stop out at W'ford Hills (I live 10 min. away) but I'll be autoxing in Cinci that weekend.
I don't do track days; my S was my autox weapon until last year. Now, it's the Tiga for me
