Someone mentioned another meet. I have a couple of ideas, but I wanted to see if anyone was up for a weekend meet?
I used to have an Alfa, and the Alfa club would do a BBQ at the end of the year. We could do that, or a "Fall Colors" senic cruise. I would still like to see about getting to Starved Rock. I can see if I can get some routes out of the Alfa guys. I think that would be MUCH better on a weekend as it would be a much longer drive with more opertunity to do wacky things on the highway. (Like pass some guy and have EVERYBODY wave at him one car at a time, or drive three cars across and as many deep as possible like the starting grid on a CART race.

I'm up for a weekend meet. Let's go where there's a lot of open lane roads.
Up north by Gurnee, there's lots of open roads and twisties. Down by starved rock would be cool too.
Better during the day so we dont hit any deers...

Gurnee is quite a hall...not to mention a lot of us would have to deal with Great America traffic on a weekend if the weather is decent.
