Default Chicago SCCA - The Learning Curve

Hey all you guy and gals out in the Chicago land area. Autocross season is starting up soon.

Come on out to the Learning Curve and learn the basics of autocross. Lunch is provided both days.

Day 1 is spent with an instrutor as you tackle broken up pieces of an Autocross course in hopes of mastering it and it's various obstacles/designs.

Day 2, we put all the pieces you practiced on Day 1 together and run it like a normal race day getting you into the flow of what a typical autocross event is like.

If your not completely interested in racing it is a great opportunity to teach yourself or a son/daughter car control in a controlled environment.

Hope to see you out there!

Chicago Region, SCCA - Solo Events 2011

Feel free to PM with any questions.

Who is spaded.racer? Did someone in the region get a new S2000 when I wasn't paying attention (which is often)

Yes, but I am going to try my hand with the Street Tire(R) crowd.

I was surprised that I was the first to post about the learning curve on an s2k site.
My name is Nick, I've been racing a white Lexus IS300 the past few years.

Entry list looks about half full - this should make for LOTS of seat time. Sign up if that's something that interest you
