I'd take it one step further...if we find a scammer and/or stolen parts, we should/could alert UMW to it. Just a thought.

Could/should we have a separate thread for that? Seems it might muddy the waters in the FS thread and possibly get lost.

I think that's a good idea (Both Urmil's and Sam's). I would say that if you found out a "spotted deal" was really a scam, then you should post up in that same thread or PM the original poster so that he/she can edit their post.
