How are you going to that when my fists are constantly on your face?
your fist will be "in" my face...??

That's strange... I figured that you'd just try to "hit" it...

...to each in their own I guess...

Kid was a high school senior:

In his tribute pictures:
1. Beer
2. Cell phone while driving
3. Cigarette

He's not 21 and probably not 18. Take it for what it is, but not strong evidence for good judgement.

If I leave a loaded glock lying around a kindergarden playground "by accident" is it also not my fault when some innocent kid gets shot?

There's no point to this argument, though.
The lack of personal responsibility in the youth of America has and will be a perennial problem.

If some 95 yo fogey who was legally blind pulled out into traffic and killed your mom, would that just be an "accident" as well? Or would that be the government's fault in not restricting the access of unqualified drivers from motor vehicles....

I would apply that to underage drinking, smoking, speeding teenagers who should have their licenses revoked.

This isn't a problem solely with youth. It's pretty rampant up and down the age spectrum.
