Thats a cool idea, but at the moment I cant afford anything really. (people are lucky I'm able to wear pants at this point) I was either going to stay at a "local friend's" house or have my wife drive my drunk ass back to the chi.(one of her least fav activities I might add)

I here ya, perhaps my taste was/is a little on the high side, I'll take another look at the hotel situation and report back to those interested.

As for local friends' houses I'm sure I could call some people and at least get you a corner of a basement or something.
My new joint has one couch and plenty of floor; anybody is welcome to come crash if you're comfortable with those circumstances. Just let me know a few days in advance so I can prepare (read: buy beer).
Oh yeah, that does come with the typical Charlie Collins 'as long as pants aren't involved' clause.

Update
Date is set for Sat. Jan 30th 2010
6m till late. Not a cheap night but lots of fun.
Place Downtown Milwaukee
Charlie and I scoped out a few places and we are going to
Joey Buonas http://www.joeybuonas.com/index.htm
To anyone old enough to know Milwaukee this used to be a great club called Park Avenue. Spent many of night dancing to Micheal Jackson. A sight to be seen.
Italian food (large portions) with a large lower bar. We are getting one of two banquet rooms.
Parking is right next door in parking lot below freeway overpass. It should be free by the time we leave.
I am working on getting some items for a raffle. I talked to King motorsports and GTMotoring.
The money for the raffle will pay for the items and what is left over goes to the next bar for drinks. So something to win ether way. I wont know the price for the raffle until the pieces are told to me so I get the prices.
Like to see more older S2000 people and new people for this event.
Even if it snows, Charlie had to push me around in snow drifts as it was.

This sounds like fun! I will plan on driving up from the burbs of Chicago, weather permitting of course. Snow = no go. These damn RE070 tires have been making me take the train to work on snow days lol. Looking forward to meeting all you UMW peeps!

I imagine I may be bringing Jeggy and his + 1 up, but if not, I'd open up my seats to anyone wanting to go but unable to travel. I'll pick you up, but you may have to deal with crashing up there on Charlie's floor like I plan to.
