Is there anything different about your clutch's feel or performance/operation? Having a pain in your foot would be a silly reason to replace your clutch.

By saying new I'm gonna assume that it wasnt an S2k. I would say that S2000s tend to have stiffer clutches than most other cars.

Your right about not being a S2000 it was a 2012 6 speed Mustang.
I Never had this problem before with my S2k but i did had this same problem with an older Camry i used to have
it needed a new clutch the more i drove it the more harder it was to push down the pedal and i'm thinking this is
the starting point of the clutch getting bad or maybe i need a oil flash or something.

Good luck with the oil flash

Is there anything actually wrong with it (slipping, squeaky, spongy, rubbery, sticky, inconsistent feel etc)?? I don't think that any aftermarket kit would result in a lighter clutch feel. Usually the opposite indicates a problem - if the clutch is getting too soft there is an internal issue with the pressure plate.

Maybe it's just time to start working out your legs

Do it yourself. It's not that hard.

Pain in your legs? you need to replace ur legs. Clutch is probably fine. Have someone that has an S test drive yours to see if there is much difference. My OEM clutch lasted me 110k miles even being SC'ed. Unless you beat on it it will last a good while. If you stay with OEM you can go with something like the Excedy kit, which will be somewhere in the high $300's low $400's.

well i do notice from a dig i feel like there's a lag in acceleration and after maybe 3-4000 rpm's the Car catch speed very quickly
as for the clutch there is no slipping squeaky spongy etc just feels like its getting harder on my foot
one more thing i did add some brake fluid to the clutch master cylinder due to being low on fluid before i added the brake fluid it was very hard to put it in gears
i believe it was a 3 DOT
