Default Anyone WTB a Supercharger kit?

Hello,

About a year ago I bought a S2000 here off the forum. It was this one to be exact.

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...ic=659823&st=0

Some of you may know it here. Well, now with the news with a second child on the way. I may be forced to sell this car. I was toying around with the idea of just buying a used honda pilot for when its family time. But I do not want to get caught in a predicament where I am driving the S and an emergency comes where I have to pick up both kids. Also I want to avoid paying 2 insurance payments as well. So I may be upgrading to a sports sedan. I do not really see any fun SUVs out there plus I would rather have a car.

I talked to Mikey over at Profunction about taking off all the mods and putting it back to stock so I can trade it in or sell it stock and sell the parts. I do have all stock parts so I would not need anybodys parts. All parts would be professionally taken off. I would much rather do something local that is why I am posting here first. If anyone would like to buy the car outright, that can be arranged to. I probably will not begin a part out until late march or april since the car is in storage for the winter. If anyone would like to trade their stock S2000 plus cash for mine, that can also be arranged. I think it will be much easier to sell/trade in a stock S than a modded one. This would be a great way for someone to get the a full kit at a cheaper price or get into a supercharged S without the labor. I really love this car but I really do need something with a back seat. Let me know by email if anyone would be interested in this.

Car currently has 29k miles on it. The kit was on for 9k miles.
Car now has a test header on that Mikey had laying around the shop and a stock headgasket after problems with the cometic HG. Put down 395whp after a re-tune.

mrgarciainc@yahoo.com

Thanks

Joshua

Salty..

Also I noticed a mistake. The previous owner bought the car with 9k miles & he put the kit on. Don't know exactly when but it cannot have more than 20k miles on the kit. IIRC, I think he installed at 14k miles.

I am surprised this thread hasn't shut down... there is a FS thread for a reason... plus your a guest so only thing you can sell is your car... you can't sell parts in the UMW unless your a member...

Sorry guys, didn't mean to break any rules. I'll make sure to sign up as a member. I didn't realize I hadn't yet.

As for posting here, I would much rather do something local than ship out and would rather give someone local the chance to get a deal on some of these parts.

As for the price, I figured that I would ask $5k for the s/c kit, ecu, gauges, header, test pipe, and exhaust as a package.

I see the new kits go for about $4900. I may or may not be able to get more if I split it up. Let me know if that is fair. Am I too low or too high?

5K for all of that is a good price. Considering the K-pro alone is a 2,000 dollar investment. However, keep in mind you will need to reinstall all of teh factory 05 S2000 sensors. I have a feeling labor will be mighty pricey for you.

If your interested (because you will be trading it in anyways) I am looking to do a diff swap with another S2000. Let me know if your interested. Mine is a stock 01 diff, I really would like an AP2 differential. I want the whole drive train, but I have a feeling you wouldn't be up for that. I can do all the labor for this too.

Zgradis you remind me of one of those nerdy kids in high school with a C.B. radio who tries to help the police.
