there is a chicago scca autox that weekend at rt 66 in joliet. if you're willing to make the hike, you'll find around 180 sports cars w/ at least a handful of s2000s... mine included. =)

hey, you, too. I have to drive 1200 mile that weekend to break in the car so I can abuse it after I get home.

joliet is about 40 miles SW of downtown chicago... kind of a hike...
there are registered...
3 s2k's on race tires (including mine)
4 s2k's on street tire although one of these guys might run an m3 instead...
since we all run stock class, our cars are only lightly modded... so it might not be that interesting depending on what ur lookin for... anyway, feel free to stop by!

Safe travels Ulrich. Too bad last weekend didn't work out. Let me know how the drive went. There was a fellow from Mississippi that did the drive to Indy for the F1 race in one day. Your drive sounds more reasonable.

Thanks Greg. I'll make sure tto snap and post a few pictures if I come across spectacular sights on the way. Too bad it did not work out this past weekend, but at least I finally got a clean car again and two layers of Zaino should make it easier to clean the car after the drive as well.
