Thanks to all you shietheads who have gotten into some sort of wreck with their S and made major claims...............$150 increase in premium this year alone with no prior accidents on record. I guess being married, children, and mulitiple car discount cannot shield the higher rates brought on by our s2k community.

State Farm went up the most....unless you're a long time policy holder with no claims.

For those that are interested, get quoted with Liberty Mutual and Country Companies.

Amul...what are you talking about? I just got an adjustment from LM today. $115 Credit. You sure none of your recent tickets got reported to the carrier?

Nope it isn't the tickets......my premium is around $650 just for that car a year. It used to be $500 last year? It's not the actual $$$, just the % increase that got me by surprise.

He said I already was already getting low mileage discount on the s, he gave me a $90 break on the GS? cheap ass if you ask me..........seems like Kurt could give a rats ass about his yearly commission.

I may look at AAA when I get a chance. They do home AND car insurance , and they seem to give great rates

That's an extra 60 gas miles a month at 20mpg.

Damn I never realized how expensive tooling around town has gotten.

My state Farm rate went up last time around about 150 as well. "due to the claims made against this make and model" etc.. etc...

Drive faster, you will get less miles and it won't seem so bad.
