Default AEM Tuner

Hey getting mine turboed should be done in about a month or 2 before late springs comes. I just want to post this early so I can get some good info before I go. I usually don't trust anyone doing stuff to my car but I just want the tuning done w so I can go out and drive when the nice weather comes. Let me know who's the best lol. btw, also about an average price they charge. Thanks

All my tuning was done by Luke at Beyondredline in Green Bay, WI. Very happy with both the service and the work.

Also have heard nothing but good things about AMS in Chicago.

How much boost you plan to run?

Well after doing research that i wanna try to break the 500rwhp or come close by with the GT35r on top of that w/ Inlinepro's 3mm HG. Also Water injection on top of that to make it abit easier to break that mark. hopefully get the rear end done later down the road. probably some time in early summer. So ya not for sure what about of boost I'm guessing in the low 20's

There was talk about flying in a specialist to tune a handful of owners cars from the UMW if we could get everything and everyone coordinated.

I think there are three of us that are very interested in getting a tuner to come to Chicago/SE Wisconsin area.

I am also thinking of AMS or Sound Performance but am worried since I doubt they have tuned any turbo S2Ks. I am also down for getting a tuner to fly out. Maybe evans or mase I'm not too sure on how much this would cost though.

Evans is the guy I'm thinking of. If I'm going to help fly someone in to tune my NA S2K, it'd either be Evans or Church.

Would be awesome to get a hand ful probably would also maybe help us keep the cost down too. But I knew a guy where I used to live in Stevens Point, WI got his supra done at sound performance and all he had was nothing but problems. My old 88 conquest that I built up w/ Megasquirt EMS tuned by me ran better than his. So I'm not going to that place.

I would give more consideration to local tuner. This way future tweaks/modifications/updates are easier and won't require a wait for someone to fly in.

Consider AMS and SP.
