I never boosted my S2000, but I did a TON of research on the topic. It seems like 10lbs is considered about the limit of the stock internals. To go beyond that you need to lower the compression, and a thicker head gasket will accomplish that.
Meth injection does a few things, it will cool the charge (giving more air) and helps to prevent detonation. It isn't really a replacement for lowering the compression ratio, it's a way of getting more power out of what you have. The concern with Meth is that if you tune for it, and the system fails (you run out of meth, the pump fails, you spring a leak, etc) you could start detonating and dammage the engine.
If I were in your situation, I would consider a meth kit, but would tune without it in the mix. Then added in the meth wouldn't net you every possible gain, but you would notice a difference when running it. That way you would still be "safe" when you aren't using the meth.
I wouldn't worry about a head gasket unless you plan to exceed 10lbs. And i don't think I'd exceed 10lbs with a supercharger. You start to run into issues with the belt driving a pulley that small.
