Got mine today too. Great service as it was ordered yesterday afternoon 
Fitted in 2 mins and makes a positive change. Being slightly higher than OEM it gives a little more leverage and makes gearchanges super slick. Very impressed.
Will take a few miles to get used to wrapping my hand around the shaft rather than using the top!
