Only when you go over uneven surface. I put some grease on them and it helps a little but I don't really care about the noise as long as the car handle well.

On normal driving on motorway and smooth surface you don't really hear any, only when you drive slow and go over bumpy area and it will be a little noisy.

Ok so I reckon the noise is probably more the Tyres then. I'll put up with it until they wear out and then get Bridgies again.
