Mine arrived in California about a week after ordering. There was a COD charge from UPS OF $23, I assume that was for import duties.
The quality of the mats is excellent, a true upgrade over the stock mats. You do need to cut your carpet in 4 places to install the brackets. But it's worth it to keep them securely in place and the hump carpet is held in place with 4 metal snaps and Velcro.

They look great!
I have been marking the mats much lower than I should officially to keep any duties as low as I can without them getting flagged
