How much is the seperate plastic panel that the rear number plate is mounted on - for a 2007 painted in Moon Rock Grey?? Does it neeed clips to fasten in as well?

(someone drove into the back of me today so it is damaged and all loose. No damage to talk of on the main bumper though)
