I don't think there's ever been a Genuine one in yellow for an S2000.

As for borrowing one from another yellow:-

Yellow NSX and silver/chrome emblems (unless it was an 'R')

Yellow DC2 had red emblems.

Jordan Civic came with silver/chrome emblems.

I think the yellow early s2000's had the Black backed one.
