33204-S2A-306 or 33204-S2A-000 should be the correct one for your car, the other cable should be in place already - but I would suggest to check this first as I have had a few people require it as well - if you wish to PM your VIN/REG I will double check this.

The rear demister switch is 35500-S2A-003ZA RRP £66.18.

They are £219.57 ex vat each before discounts.

I'd chase one of the guys who has recently supercharged there car to see if they will sell you a second hand set!

I'm supposing mines are ticking, I changed my TCT by a Toda one, and did a valve job, and I still have a little ticking noise issue when the car is warm.
With that set, I could eliminate the injectors from the list
