Dixon, can you let us know on the prices for 16s please

I'm as good as my word, and will likely be getting some of these at some point this year, once the RE050as need replacing.

Dixon, are the 16" tyres V or W rated please?

According to Yokohama, they are V-rated, so perhaps not suitable for an S2000 - very frustrating!

Yes all V-Rated good for 149mph so is fine for S2000, how often you push it over 140mph?

Never but there might be insurance implications with fitting tyres with a lower speed rating apparently - most annoying.

In that case, using Snow tyre is illegal as well, what happened if you crash with your snow tyres on?

You can always call them and inform them you have modified your tyres.

It's not illegal, but insurers need to be notified. I'll look into it, but anyone else wanting to get the 16" versions needs to be made aware I think.

Don't do that size, you can have 255/35/18 or 245/40/18

245/40/18 is £200 each and 255/35/18 is £209 each, both inc VAT.

thanks

Dixon
