Not with the O2 sensor in place.

"This is the world's first bolt on S2000 cat delete pipe with a built in O2 CEL fix. The O2 fix pulls the oxygen sensor out of the exhaust stream so that the secondary oxygen sensor sees the correct O2 readings for a the secondary catalytic converter efficiency. Uses large 2.5" diameter piping for maximum flow. The entire system is SUS304 Stainless Steel (piping and flanges). Other manufactures claim they they are "stainless steel" but in reality are using inferior chromed 409 stainless steel tubing with mild steel flanges. Our unit will bolt onto all 2000-05 S2000's with no modifications. Easily convert back 100% stock street legal trim after the race track in 20 minutes. "
