I did find this site here which shows you how to remove the door and it's surround.
I believe you then need to push two pins (one either side) out, for the door to come away from it's surrounding. Make sure you make a note of how everything goes back together. If I can find the site with all the photos on I'll post them up.

The 2004 is the top one. They look different sizes but thats just an illusion, they ARE the same size.

UPDATE 1
I will be closing this Group Buy at 9am Monday morning, as we have plenty to make a difference to the shipping cost. So get your orders in quick if you don't want to miss a bargain.
