If HTG has used USPS that arrives with Parcel Farce, who also have some extortionate fee of their own.
Hopefully the value won't exceed the requirement for customs though for that small amount of plastic, eh

Cheers for the update. I looked mid morning, and that entry wasn't there.
They are meant to go to my work address. There is always someone on site, so they can't have tried very hard. That or Geoff sent it to my home address instead, and everyone had left for work.
