Like most of the pre-programmed ECU's gains are not huge. Can definately feel a stronger pull through the mid range and once in VTEC it pulls hard to the red line There are a few people running them on here, PJL for example.
A-plan didnt actually penalise me for the ECU which makes a change.

I believe the Spoon manifold does not have the lugs for the heatshield.
FYI, the Spoon manifold comes up well along with the J's, Ricks, Toda and Mugen headers... all others suck!
For anyone thinking about this, the best gains would be this combination with a decat/high-pass cat and a good cat back exhaust... after that a snorkel or CAI would also help as this is what the ECU is geared towards...
Bump for a great price and great items!

According to this web site
http://www.modacar.com/products/Honda/S200...000+Header.html
the manifold
Doesn't fit +04 cars
Doesn't have the tabs for the OEM heatshield
That's me out on two counts
Off to look at Ricks!
