Due to a very unfortunate change in circumstance i am regretably selling my beautiful honda s2000. I have owned the car just over a year and have only covered two thousand dry miles. This car was chosen after spending months travelling up and down the country to find the perfect example. This paticular car was eventually chosen due to the unbeleivable care and love it received by its previous owner, i even paid over the odds to get one this good. Mileage was extremely low at 48k when bought and was serviced regularly at honda main dealers. This is a pre 2001 car is not affected by the increased tax band.
Standard spec includes;
electric roof
power steering
abs
electric windows
electric mirrors
engine start button
xenon lights
remote central locking
honda cat 1 alarm system
Since i have owned the honda i have spent thousands on enhancing the driving experience. After a lot of research and knowledge gathered from s2kuk members, i chose to uprate the suspension using only the highest quality components. The original shocks and springs were replaced with BILSTEIN PSS coilover system. These were imported from the states and transform the cars driving dynamics. The original cars are known to be a little soft due to their spring rates and were prone to 'diving' under braking causing the back end to losen, this was caused by softer spring rates on the front and stiffer on the rear. Also steering feedback was quite negative. After fitting this system it has completely elimiinated the 'diving' and the whole car is a lot more stable, this is due to the reversal of the spring rates and damping forces.
Whilst fitting the coilovers i have also fitted front steering rack spacers, rear drive shaft spacers and MEGAN adjustable rear toe arms (anti-bump steer kit). These items are essential when decreasing the height of any s2000.
Finally all seized bushes were addressed and the honda had a full geometry session at POWERSTATION TEWKESBURY. Printout will be included.
All suspension components are less than 300miles old and have minimal use.
Other modifications include;
oem front lip spoiler
oem rear boot spoiler
front license plate holder removed
silvertech indicator bulbs
us spec rear lights (sidemarker lights)
polished rear silencers
K&N FIPK PERFORMANCE FILTER SYSTEM
WHEELS AND TYRES; Wheels are extremely rare RAYS ENGINEERING 2PC SPLIT RIMS. These wheels are extremely light and have been fully refurbished last week. Tyres are bridgestone potenza re050a all of which are nearly new.
BODYWORK; As i have mentioned earlier this car was chosen because it is one of the cleanest s2000's i could find. This car has never been in any accidents, paintwork is immaculate with no dents or scratches or stonechips anywhere.
INTERIOR; Leather seats are in excellent condition and see a regular treatment using only high quality products, carpets are also clean and have no rips or wear.
The hood is in excellent condition and rear screen is clean and not misty like other examples, this is because it is treated regularly.
Overall the car drives without any faults, engine has had 3 oil changes in 2000miles using castrol GTX magnatec oil. Differential oil and gearbox oil has also been replaced recently. Gearbox is very smooth in action. Clutch was replaced a thousand miles ago.
Every nut and bolt is accounted for and i have receipts for everything. I have spent a small fortune since it has been in my ownwership and will be extremely sad to see her go.

Car will come with tonnaeu cover, original airbox, and original 16" wheels and tyres.
