FS: Recaro Seats from DC2/EK9
Hello everyone,
For sale are my red Recaro seats normally found in the Honda Civic EK9 Type R and Integra DC2 Type R. I purchased and fitted these into my Honda Civic 1.4 (EK shape) at the time and when I sold that, the seats went in the garage. Recently I have seen a thread from someone who fitted these seats into their own Honda S2000 and I wondered if anyone was interested in doing the same. I would imagine these would provide greater support than the standard S2000 seats, and apparently the centre console is still accessible! That is more than can be said from other non standard seats.
They have a bit of wear and tear as you would expect for seats of this age, and the driver’s side bolster has the usual wear which can be found on most DC2/EK9 seats. These seats do come with rails that were modified to fit in my Civic, so I’m not sure if they could be modified again to fit in the S? I have tried to be honest! What I do know is that the rails fitted to these seats usually add about £100 to the asking price. I have tried to show the wear in the pictures below.
I would put these in my S2000, but I have my eye on some fixed buckets!
I am asking for £400 for the pair with rails, which is cheap compared to similar seats on eBay.
