Unfortunately, the time has come for me to part ways with my much beloved S2000.

- August 2002 (02 plate) Honda S2000
- Official UK dealer car supplied by Hyndland Honda, Glasgow
- Silverstone Metallic with red seats/inserts and black interior
- 12,600 miles
- One owner from new
- Completely original and standard - no modifications
- 10 months of Honda warranty remaining until August 2005
- Full Honda service history
- Last 2 year service carried out by Chiswick Honda a month ago with gearbox oil change where it was given a clean bill of health
- 10 months road tax and warranty remaining
- Brand new S02s all round supplied by Bracknell Tyres 30/6. Approx. 1500 miles on current set
- No accident damage apart from a couple of scratches and wheel scrapes from parking in London suburbs! Happy to fix before sale or can negotiate as part of price
- No track-days apart from a coaching session with Don Palmer at Bruntingthorpe in 2002

Car has been well maintained and run with mechanical sympathy:

- Engine has been run-in. Did not exceed 6000rpm for 600 miles and then rev ceiling increased by 1000rpm for each subsequent 100 miles. Didn't fully VTEC until after 900 miles.
- Regular oilchecks - never let oil level run low. Switched from mineral to fully synthetic Mobil 1 0W-40 (only) after first year service.
- Tyre pressure checked regularly
- Optimax only (odd tank of BP Ultimate where no Optimax available!)
- Warmed-up (3 bars) before exceeding 6000rpm and cooled down before parking

Genuine reason for sale. I need a bigger car for MTBing and kitesurfing, currently looking at an Audi RS4!
