Should do - the mechanicals of the 04 haven't changed in any way which would affect its fitment AFAIK.

Do a search on the HKS kit though before you commit yourself. It's known to suffer quite badly from heatsoak, which is rather unhelpful in performance terms. I'm told it sounds good though!

Might be worth PMing Scooby - he has the full HKS get up on his car.

I don't know how pronounced the heat soak is - it's just what I've read. I know what it's like with my PRM though, and I don't like it at all when the weather gets hot - the effect from the HKS should be similar, if not worse......

i pm'd Scooby to ask him how he is getting on with his a day or so ago and still haven't had a reply - guess he must be internet'less or on holiday or something.. or just doesn't want to reply!

don't know why a company as big as HKS would design something that suffers from heatsoak - you'd think they would take that into consideration when designing/building the thing...

the positioning of the filter is a concern though - guess that's why they supply it with the heat-shields.

it's not really a CAI system since it doesn't seem to be routing any cold air from anywhere - the filter is located just to the left of where the standard intake is on the S.

oh i dunno, i just can't make up my mind about this intake business at all
