FS 1999 Berlina Black 45K
Summary
9/99 V reg Berlina Black with full black interior. Covered 45k miles (I have owned it since 18k/3rd birthday) I am the 3rd owner. The car does not have a hardtop.
Maintenance
FHSH. All receipts and MOT docs available.
55 plate clutch change 2 years ago
Geo performed 3 times over last 5 years
Full copper brake pipe replacement
All recall work done
Always run on 97/98/99 fuel
Always topped up with premium oil i.e. Mobil 1
Care
Car has been garaged and not driven in the wet/salted roads for over 12 months
Cleaned after every significant drive or every 2 weeks.
Never cleaned without waxing afterwards.
Yes I am one of these people of took as much time looking after the car as driving it!
Extras
Comes with Tracker (the one where they ring you if something happens!), Alarm/immobiliser, Muz tinted aeroscreen, lexan windblockers, removed Honda badges, cleared side indicators, Silvervision front indicator lamps, Muz mats - feet and window, Richbrook black tax holder, KFC-1689ie front speakers, Lucid rear panels.
Bad Bits
Roof has small tears by the side windows (common fault) and the screen is split slightly. Needs a new roof really

Seems very expensive to me.
From your last comment, you are obviously aware that the mods some what narrow your market.
But you also need to consider that even should you find some one who wants the car as is, they are unlikely to pay much extra for it over a stock example.
Strip it down or sell if to Gad so that he can add afford some more petrol for his M5!

Thanks for the feedback. I valued the car at around 11.5-12K and though 3 to 3.5K for the mods seperately. Hence 14.5 seemed fair.
Realise the niche market and if no one is interested then I will return to stock.
Does this make sense, I don't to be flogging an over priced dead horse

No need to delete the post. I am not in a big rush to sell....at all. If it doesn't happen till next spring thats fine.
I am resigned that it will go back to stock, but thought its worth a punt in its modded 'state' first
