FS: 1998 Honda CRV - Black
I thought I would stick this on here before I stick it on ebay next week.....
For sale is a 1998 Honda CR-V with 52,814 miles. This has been my wife's car since it was imported from Japan in 2001.
MOT'ed yesterday and taxed until the end of Jan 2008.
The Good Bits:
o Air Con, Climate Control, 8 disk CD changer, Remote CL, electric windows, electric mirrors, electric sunroof & picnic table etc.
o Rear tyres are almost new and the rear alloys were recently re-furbished.
o I have another pair of unused, re-furbished alloys that I will include in the sale.
o Rear bushes were replaced last year (IIRC)
o The car has beem mostly serviced at Norton Way Honda
The Bad Bits:
o My wife doesn't look after cars (I told her that she wouldn't get a new one until she learned to look after the this one ....... in the end I gave in). There are a number of scratches on the bodywork but I think most of them would polish out.
o The front tyres only have a couple of mm left on them.
o The speedometer sometimes stops working but fixes itself when you go round a left hand bend. I suspect it is a loose connection on the km/mph conversion chip and I will see if I can locate and fix this later today.
The private plate will be transferred to my wife's new car.
I have absolutely no idea how much this is worth (anyone any idae?) but it could make a good winter beater or a tow vehicle for someone.
I will be sticking it on ebay next week for 1p and no reserve.
Any offer considered.
