I agree there is always someone who will buy a car based upon more than just comparative price

If you are interested in a comparison .. I bought my 08 plate VSA in March last year for £15K.
Its paintwork was excellent but a bit swirly so I had it detailed.. With detail and car tax the total cost was still less than £16k. It had just 1920 miles on it - and had never been driven through even so much as a puddle !

Mind you I think it was a bloody lucky find !

But I should say it isn't a GT and also yours looks pretty fabulous in your photographs

I think these cars are being sold far too cheap for what they are. I blame owners that have got no choice to sell them cheap and that affects residuals. I'm not giving this car away so I guess it will be staying.

I don't think you can "blame" owners for selling cars too cheaply. At the end of the price of a car is set by the market and what people are prepared to buy them for. The majority of sellers over-value their car I think, if you need or want to sell it you need to price it accordingly, if you don't really want to sell then you kid yourself and ask too much hoping somebody will not spot a cheaper car elsewhere. It is very different for a rare or high value car where the choice is more limited. The s2000 does not fall in to this category.

I agree - in my experience PH generates far more interest than owner forums (s2ki and AlfaOwners).
