Zaino versus Autoglym
Hi All
My S2000 arrives in 2 weeks and i want to make it shine, in the past I have always used Autoglym Silicone Resin polish. A lot of US members mention `Zaino` what is it and is it better than Autoglym.
Cheers

Zaino is a way of life which requires many years of dedicated meditation while applying your Z coats before you achieve true enlightenment.
Try the search function, and select just the UK forum. There's probably been more posts on this than any other subject.
There'll be a group buy along shortly if you want to try it. However, it ain't cheap!

I couldn't let it lie.
You could always try www.zymol.co.uk
But it can turn out even more expensive.
With most of these things though, you only get out what you are willing to put in.
In effort, that is.

have checked out zymol, this stuff look like a way of life thanks for the advice. One other thing, what do you think of alluminium tax disk holders such as Richbrook and Ripspeed.
Thanks again

I'm using Auto Glym until it runs out then I'm going to try Zymo.
To be fair I have got ome lovely results with AG but it takes a lot of time, especially as the polish leaves white residue in the panel gaps and a credit card needs to be use to get the final bit out.
To give u some idea my flat mate who isn't passionate about cars saw mine after I had done about 3 hours work on it on Friday before the Mids Meet and she said.
"Oh my god, how sparkly is your car" considering it was dark and still reflecting loads from the street and ambient lights.
Apparently Zaino is even better and takes less time - just dam hard to get hold of.
It all comes down to effort in the end.

I used to use Autoglym, its good for getting those little specks off as its more abrasive than other polishes.
I'll use it on the rear bumper shortly as its accumulated a few specks during the grotty weather.
I use the Halford's Zymol now as its mild, not too expensive, and has a lovely coconut smell
