I found that the zanio applicator soaks up quiet abit of the polish the first time you use it

Easier to polish off if you wait a bit longer so it's really really set
Usually half an hour is long enough. IME Z5 (swirl mark polish) is a bit harder to remove than Z2.

Finished. Bloody hell I'm knackered now

Since I've had a few bits painted and therefore polished with deifferent polish since the last time I Zainoed, I did the whole thing...

Fairy, claybar, Zaino wash (Z7?), dried, Z5, Z6, Z5, Z6, Z2, Z6. Exhaust tips Brassoed! I can barely type now Pics later when I can be arsed to get off the sofa.

Also to report, my insurance company are replacing my windscreen next week for

As you can see my front bumper is starting to look a bit the worse for wear with stone chips as is my bonnet. It looks much worse here because on the direct sunlight

But the rest of the car is looking great Not bad for almost 5 years old and 70k miles!

And before anyone tells me, we don't use tyre black up here in the country - as it's completely pointless

Man o man ... am I pooped !!

Ran out of steam after the second coat of Z2, having previously washed, used the claybar, and then washed and dried, before applying Z5 with in between layers of Z6.

Not as much lustre as I'd hoped, but I could see the "wet look" really coming on when I moved from Z5 to Z2. Unfortunately too knackered to try another. Also reckon there's a bit of knack to the Z6 ... very cloth-dependent. Initial Laundry Services are sending a lorry round on Monday to pick up all the used cloths and towels.

Might try some more Z2 tomorrow if I can summon the energy ...

Shisky

PS Surely we must be mad ...

I took a couple but they're not great ... plus I want to wait until the shine reaches bling proportions (assuming it ever will)

Z2 is what gives the deep shine, Z5 has a more 'creamy' finish to it. I think the trick to Z6 is not use too much, and make sure you use a very soft towel.
