Who's the youngest owner who has both spent their own money to buy their car, and registered/insured in their name? There may be a difference here.

There is a 14 year old who was looking for buying advice on a Focus ST on Pistonheads a while back.

I was 24 when I bought mine and I think I was around the youngest at the time.
