Default You think Honda dealers are bad?
Amanda's Smart Roadster is in having a few warranty jobs done today - leaky seals, and corroded wheels.

When I took it in yesterday I asked them to top the oil up as I hadn't been able to find the Mobil 1 5W40 that Smart uses, and the oil level was at minimum marker.

The dealer has just been on the phone saying that all the work is done and I can pick the car up, the charge will be

Don't forget the labour, must have taken a minute or so to pour the oil in, so that would be about right pro-rata on their hourly rate

got to make money some how, even though you don't like it good on them for charging it. I get fed up with customers who expect to get something for free and when they get the bill it soon becomes apparent i charge for everything i do.
