Default Wot I saw this weekend

Around 12 Ferraris, including 3 Enzos (red, yellow and black) and 3 F40s (2 red 1 black)
A few Astons, various
At least 3 Porsche Carrera GT
At least 6 assorted Lamborghinis
A Maserati or two
A Bentley Continental GT
Some massive Rolls Royce
Can't even remember the rest!
and one S2000 (mine!)

Sadly the S2000 will only continue to be mine until Thursday so I decided to go out in style, drove to Monaco for the weekend where there just happened to be all the cars from the Supercar Rally arriving. Imagine owning a Carrera GT and turning up in the car park to find another two already there At least my S2000 was exclusive!

Anyway, awesome weekend, drove down via the Route Napoleon and the Gorges du Verdon (at last!), stopped to look at the big boats at Antibes, on to Monaco for a night out, a few laps of the GP circuit (around 6 minutes per lap but there was a lot of traffic and police!), back up through Italy to my favourite mountain pass of the Alps - the Col du Mont Cenis.

Stand by for photos, when I get home tonight...

Sounds great When we went to the south of france a year or so ago, we drove around the Gorges du Verdon, absolutely fantastic place to drive

Hope you did the obligatory drive through the tunnel

Sounds superb! I love the Route Napoleon.
Beats my drive to S Wales in the rain this weekend

Not up to your viewing list - but ran across a very shapely roadster in car park. Fiat Berlina badges on the front (and a number plate that was about 6 x 2 inches) - prancing horse on the back. Driver said that previous owner had dropped a Ferrari engine in it. And - wait for it - a Fiat - and this was 'G' reg - the first time around!

Here's a few photos. Point #1: the flash on the Canon EOS300D is crap, need to buy a better one

The cars were all filthy as they had just arrived from a long drive. Here's an Enzo with an optional accessory.

Rich bloke

Any ideas how much this will cost to fix?

Photos from the rest of the trip later, when I free up some disk space.

I think what you had there was a FIAT Dino!

A Dino engine in a beautiful FIAT.

The coupe (by Bertone) was made famous in "The Italian Job" as black Mafia staff cars.

The even sexier spyder was by Pininfarina.

Hi Potfish,

Lovely pics. The unposed nature of dirty cars makes them better IMO.

How the other 1% live!
