Default Work Car Park

OK this week I am driving the NSX to work as the S2000 is off the road awaiting rear brake work.

Being aware of the state of peoples parking at work I have found the spaces that are wide enough to safely (loose use of the word) leave the car without fear of door dings etc.

I work different hours all the time so cannot be guaranteed one of these spots so discussed with security either reserving one of these spaces or parking across 2 spaces at the back of the car park (always at least 50 empty spaces in the car park)

So I have permisson off security if the wide spaces are not available I can park across 2 bays at the back, sounds fine. (They have my registration and contact details should there be any problems).

Today, I come back to a note on the car park saying.......

"Try to park in one space you asshole"

So what do I do ??

Try leaving a note explaining the situatuion ??
Try leaving a note with my details should they wish to discuss the matter with me ??
Leave a blatant note telling them to mind their own business ??
Speak with security ??

A tricky one as the next step could well be someone dragging a key down the car.

NB The note they left me would actually be a dismissable offence if I found out who left it and I wanted to take it further !!

Can't see what you can do if you don't know who left it. Ask security if they saw anyone going near the car.

I agree with StevenM, but if you do take the NSX again:

2 and 4

That way you are being a) reasonable, b) getting the right people involved.

Then when you find out who it is, you can take your last step.

The joys of having a decnet car

I dont mind when I see something special taking up 2 spaces, people dont seem to get that they dont fit in an average space!

Can you see on CCTV who did it?

Always best not to aggrevate it tho.

When you say leave a note, where would you put it??

How about put it on the company notice board, ask the sender to make himself known and to stop interfering with private property.
