When i brought my S last year, it came with a unopened new Alpine SXE-1325S 5.25inch (13cm). I was planning on fixing these. Are these speakers too small? Are the standard AP1 6.5inch?

Not planning on spending big bucks on ICE system, just good enff for decent sound and base.

Main task is to get the dash controls working.

I have ordered the wire/adaptors from lowcostcaraudio they are cheaper than ebay. Thanks.
Unfortunately, you need big bucks to get decent sound and bass in an S2000.

You need 6.5" speakers.

Just been looking at some speakers and you can get 6.5" (16cm) or 6.5" (17cm)...

anyone know if you can squeeze the 17cm ones in? Pretty sure the stocks are 16cm
