Jeez - just realised I could be done for wreckless driving now.. seeing as how I know that I am driving with reduced visibility. Best stay indoors or take the bike!

I think you can get away with a longer blade on the drivers side. The originals are 16 but IIRC I ended up with 19 after trying some out. If you are a tall driver this can help visibility because you look through the very top part of the windscreen.

If you are a very tall driver it doesn't make any difference as the window surround is what gets in the way most

I find they're ok if you only lower them about 1" from the folded away position

It doesn't matter how tall you are. They still get in the way (and the wipers are crap).
