the guy masked up the end of the bonnet and front wings, put a cover over the dash and took nearly twice as long to do what he said was a standard installation because he took extra car,
the plastic trim he broke looked to be a PITA to get out and im not surprised it cracked and at the end of the day they are paying for a brand new replacement from Honda so cant complain really.
Been driving it for 2 days now and no vibrations, misting up so im happy with the job they did.

Don't know whether to be worried or relieved about all these experiences with windscreen replacement companies.
I'm having mine replaced tomorrow, through National Windscreens...fingers crossed..
