Default Window won't close!

Just got to work with my roof down, of course , to find my passenger window won't close. It was fine when I left home - window went down with the roof - but now won't close.

Any thought's to avoid me calling my local stealer?

LOL There is a little rocker switch down by the window controls on the driver side. Switch it and see what happens I'll bet the disabled passenger window can now be operated and you'll feel a fool

Have you checked the window lock switch? Still can't believe it to this day, but called out the AA once when the window wouldn't close, and the guy just flicked the switch

It's easy to bump with your arm ...

LOL.

This reminds me of when I thought my electric hood was bust. Cruising down the road, started to rain. Pull into a layby. Push the roof up button. nout happended. After about 10 minutes I was getting very upset - I'd only had the car a week and now the freekin hood was broken.

OK, so who forgot to put the handbreak on !!!!!

Alright Alright - would it help if I said I knew about that switch?

No - makes it worse doesn't it

I have to say in my defence, having just got back from Le Mans I am still hung over and very tired!!

Still, made mw chuckle about not putting the roof up in the pouring rain - would have love to seen that

Cheers all

yours

When I was looking for my first S a stealer did this when trying to demo a car to me! At the time I did not know you needed the handbrake on so he looked very embrassed and drove it straight in to the workshop for the engineers to look at

I also have done the passenger switch thing a couple of times!

A word of caution, if you disconnect the battery the drivers sided passenger window switch does not work for 10 minutes or so!
