Altezza is the same as the IS200 (and matches the PDC on the mk3/4 supra & mk2 MR2).

PCD 114.3 - they will "fit", but I'm not sure of the offset.

I've put my old MR2 wheels (BBS RX - ET42, 8J) on my car and the wheels are level with the arches, and it handles beautifully.

Are Altezza wheels bigger at the rear? I don't seem to think they are.

I don't believe they are.

From my MR2 days, guys were fitting them and I remember seeing the rears tucked under the arches quite a bit (the mk2 MR2 has staggered wheels too).

They needed 15/20mm spacers with longer wheel studs to bring the rears out to the correct point.
