Default Why I love my S2000 (mile 24,563)

Coming back from working abroad on Thursday.

Air Chance decided to only half fill my plane and gave the impression it was my fault for only checking in 1h 40mins early. Routed me via B*Ham (no offence to Brummies but I really didn't need to go back ) got me in to Edinburgh 4 hours late (I can get back from the USA in less time - even without Concorde).

Got the usual lift in mood just getting into the s2000. On the way back along the motorway I cruise past a Z3 .

After a couple of miles I notice these lights creeping up on me - and as the tw@t isn't fast enough I have to lift to let him past me before passing slower traffic

As I pull out he floors it Well you've got to, haven't you.

I just drove round the outside of him

I love this car ...

... so I might have been over-reading by a little more than 6 mph?

No wonder I couldn't hear the radio

Yup, myself and Euan managed 290 miles today. What a blast. You should see some of the roads we've found

Will be posting pics shortly. Not many of the route, but plenty of very arty shots

Are you starting to formulate a rough route yet then? We should probably finish somewhere near the A1 or M6 for all the southerners to get home easily!!

Funny you should mention that.

However, as it's the Scotland day it'll actually be the M74

Once Euan reminds me the route we took, I'll drop you a line.
