Default Who would want to be a passenger?

I enjoyed the Welsh mini-meet on Saturday - but it is sure the last time I let my offspring drive ME!

- I'd hate to be a passenger in the S being driven the way I sometimes drives. Full to the wifes & girlfriends that sit in the seat.

Been driving 37 years(legally ) and I am usually a twitchy passenger, but I have no qualms in an S. It has the best roadholding I have ever had the privilege to experience, better than a mates race prepared Lotus 7 and 911.

After the Bolney meet the other weekend we diverted down the M3 from the M25. After a little bit of VTEC to catch and wave to another S who was on the other slip road, I looked forward again as Simmo planted it round a corner that was disappearing over our right shoulder at about 50 over the recommended speed! I think I now know the colour of fear but it just went round steady as a rock.

There can only be one thing better than be a passenger, maybe the lad will let me take a drive as a birthday present

I love it and I've only ever been in one with near total strangers. Oh yeah and driving past Craig's crash site was a great experience!
